How Medical Records Corporation collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the MRC QuickBooks Integration Application, our website, and related services.

Information Collected by MRC
MRC may collect the following types of information upon engaging MRC services:
Personal Information
Information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual including but not limited to:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Business Details
- Contact Information
- Client information required for Medical Record Request
Financial Information
Information that is collected through the integration with Intuit QuickBooks, including but not limited to:
- Customer Names
- Invoice Data
- Product & Service Details
- Transaction Data
MRC does not store financial account numbers or sensitive financial credentials.
Technical Information
Information collected through site analytics identifying user traffic including:
- IP Address
- Device and Browser Type
- Log Data
- User & Usage Analytics
Protected Health Information (PHI)
When using MRC to upload or process medical records, the system will handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA. Additional HIPAA related terms are included separately in a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), available for review as requested.
MRC Use of Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide updates and maintain the MRC App
- Improve performance and functionality
- Facilitate QuickBooks integration
- Communicate with users about updates or issues
- Ensure security and fraud prevention
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal or business information.
MRC Information Sharing

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of MRC services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
